pain-free, be fit and thrive.
Her clients come in all shapes and sizes, all ages and stages
of fitness. However, they all have something in common: a
desire to be healthy, fit and function optimally in their
active lives.
Each private session is custom-made with the client’s
long- and short-term goals and objectives in mind. Private
clients receive, a complete fitness package may include an
individual work-out program and email or phone contact in
between sessions.
Clients may also receive occasional “Fitness Flashes,”
short email alerts about current news being talked about in
the health and wellness arena.
